But only by training your thoughts in a precise order can you develop the mastery of the mind that will help you find the answers to your questions.
1. The world is filled with information. It is not always easy to digest that which you encounter. When your brain is overwhelmed with more information than it can store at once, it produces a response. This response is a flood of information to your consciousness and it floods your mind with a great quantity of information all at once. This flood is called “flashbulb memory.” When you have a strong flashbulb memory, you remember what you have witnessed, or you remember what you are thinking about. You also remember what you have heard. The brain is able to create a new thought only after it is given a stimulus. When you think you have seen a bird flying, the brain is busy creating a response. Therefore, you have a flashbulb memory.
2. Your brain makes new connections as well as it makes old ones. You can remember new things in your lifetime, but you can learn new skills just as easily. What separates you from other people is the quality of what you know and what you are capable of doing. If you can learn something, you can teach someone else what you know. If you have knowledge, you are able to share your knowledge with others, or to teach them.

3. If you want something, you have to work for it. You can learn things by doing them, but not always by reading about them. The same it true for your jump rope training, you have to keep jumping to be able to do all the techniques.
